California Gift Show is open to the wholesale trade only, so the following credentials are required for admission:

RETAIL/COMMERCIALLY LOCATED BUSINESSES/EVENT PLANNERS
1. Photo I.D.
2. One (1) of the following pieces of business identification: current federal tax # certificate, resale license, trade publication advertisement, current retail business license, 4 recent wholesale invoices for gift-related purchases, store/commercial lease indicating type of business as retail
3. One (1) of the following pieces of employment identification: copy of cancelled company payroll check or pay stub, copy of W-2 form, company health insurance, company credit card or check with employee and company name

INTERIOR DESIGNERS
1. photo ID
2. tax ID
3. professional membership card (ASID, IIDA, IBD, AIA)
4. personalized imprinted business card

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
1. organization ID
2. letter on organization letterhead indicating you are an authorized buyer

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEES
1. photo ID
2. One (1) of the following pieces of employment identification: copy of cancelled company payroll check or pay stub, copy of W-2 form, company health insurance, company credit card or check with employee and company name

If you are unable to provide the above credentials, you must be accompanied by a credentialed buyer and pay a $50 guest fee (one guest per buyer, one day only).  Clients accompanied by an interior designer do not pay a fee.


Q. How often do I need to re-qualify to attend the show?
A.
You only need to re-qualify if you have not attended a show within the past two years.

Q. Do you allow guests to attend the show?
A.
We do allow one guest per buyer. The guest must remain in the company of the buyer. The guest fee for one day is $50.00 payable on-site, cash only.

Q. Will I receive a badge before the Show?
A.
Badges will be mailed in advance to all buyers who have attended the show within the last year (two shows).

Q. Where do I register/pick-up my badge holder?
A.
The registration areas are located in the South Hall lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center and Main Lobby of the L.A. Mart.

Q. What happens if I forget to bring my badge to the show?
A.
There is no fee to replace lost or forgotten badges. Simply check in at Registration at either location.

Q. How much does it cost to attend the show?
A.
There is no charge to attend as a credentialed buyer or designer.

Q. Are children permitted in the Show?
A.
Children under 12 will not be admitted. Babies under 6 months can be carried in a personal carrier. Strollers are prohibited from the Show floor.
