Registration Credentials Needed
Acceptable forms of business and employee identification must be submitted.
Please include TWO forms of Company and ONE form of Employee identification. (Please note that acceptable Employee identification must be submitted for each registrant.) Requests for badges not submitted with proper identification cannot be processed, and we reserve the right to request additional business or employee identification if deemed necessary.
Acceptable Company identification:
- Several recent invoices from industry manufacturers for goods purchased at wholesale/in quantity
- Business advertisement for gift-related business
- Appropriate "Yellow Pages" listing
- Store/commercial lease indicating type of business
- Resale tax certificate/business license for gift-related business
- Active website at which company business can be validated
- Photo of your store front
- Mail order companies provide catalog
- Manufacturers' Representative (multi-line) would provide a list of lines currently being handled
- Wholesalers, importers, & exporters should provide samples of printed material (brochures, catalogs, etc.) that show product selection & inventory
Acceptable Employee identification: Provide one for each applicant
- Copy of cancelled company payroll check or paycheck stub
- Copy of W-2 form
- Copy of company insurance card with both employee's and company's name
- Copy of company credit card with both employee's and company's name
- Personalized, imprinted business card
- Valid COMPANY e-mail address ( if providing a website and operating as an on-line retailer)

Attendance
The show is open to the trade only! Buyers must present their buyer credentials along with personal ID to gain admittance. There is no charge to qualified buyers and manufacturer's representatives. Guest entrance fee is $40 (Limit of 1 guest per buyer). Please note, guests will not be admitted on Monday, the last day of the Show.

Specialty and department stores, gift shops, jewelry stores, interior designers, importers and distributors of home products, mail order catalogs, museums and galleries, stationery stores, craft retailers, garden centers and bookstores.

Shuttle Service
Free shuttle service for registered buyers & exhibitors to and from the Convention Center, and downtown hotels. Shuttle hours are:
7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday
7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday
Restrictions
Children under 12 will not be admitted. Family members of buyers age 12 & older will be admitted as guests for a nominal fee.
Childcare is available at the Convention Center through Kiddie Corp. The cost for the children's program is $10.00 per hour, per child for the first child and $8.00 per hour, per child for additional children (2-hour minimum required per child, per day).
