Tips for the Best Show Experience

George Little Management, LLC would like to help you get the most out of the CGS, so we have listed a few tips that will help make your set-up, move-out and entire show experience the best it can be. Read and click areas where you would like more information.

• Pre-Show Objectives Naturally, we want your show to be productive and profitable and are happy with the results. Therefore, we encourage you to set realistic goals at your first show.
  
• Display Tips How you display your product is as important as the product itself. Buyers need to visualize, with your help, the way they will display your product in their stores.
  
• Set-Up & Operations Make sure that you understand what to expect and what is expected of you as an exhibitor.
  
• Trade Show Glossary What is drayage? Who is the union steward? Make yourself knowledgeable about these and other common trade-show terms.
  
• Promotional Opportunities There are many ways to boost your success at the show. Whether you take advantage of the free or paid opportunities (or both), be sure to promote your presence at the show.
  
• Questions/Concerns If you encounter a problem, or have a concern, come to the show office and let us know as soon as possible so that we can provide an expedient resolution. There are 3 Show Offices where you can locate a GLM team member — Kentia Hall, South Hall and West Hall.  For additional or missing equipment you may go to the Freeman Service Desk. The Freeman Service Desk is located across from the Show Office in the South Hall and to the left of the main entrance into West Hall.
